The following General Contractual Terms exclusively apply to transactions (purchase of products and/or support/maintenance services) between business enterprises and vetafab Software GmbH, and not to individual users.

Our General Contractual Terms are based on the template published by Bitkom, which was drafted to reflect the specific circumstances and requirements of the ICT industry and which was approved by the German Federal Cartel Office.

The below service-related Contractual Terms for Transferring Software apply in conjunction with the General Contractual Terms (GCT).
